VOICE AND TONE
- Bold, progressive and confident.
- Sharp, direct and purposeful, balancing serious technical capability with an energetic, forward-thinking attitude.
- Lead with what Boyle does. A fresh perspective and an unexpected idea are welcome when they serve the message.
- Use intelligent, economical language with a little edge.
- Avoid corporate jargon, tired industry cliches and unnecessary formality.
- Be ambitious without arrogance, disruptive without confrontation, and modern without chasing trends.
- Write like a company moving the industry forward, rather than following it.
- Keep people, wellbeing, purpose and better ways of working connected to performance.
TAGLINE MEANING
Matter refers both to the earth and materials Boyle works with and to what matters to the business: people, wellbeing and purpose. Motion represents ambition in action, meaningful progress and a business that keeps evolving.
